• Check-in starts at 16:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm.
• We do not guarantee the continuity of the accommodation, beyond the check-out date foreseen by the guest, if there is another reservation for the specific apartment.
• If the guest stay in the apartment after the check-out expires, will add an additional daily charge.
• When making the reservation, the guest assumes to know the rules of the Accommodation.
• Guaranteed reservation with full advance payment.
• After confirming the reservation, there will be no refund of the respective payment.
• Final confirmation of the accommodation takes place upon delivery of the key apartment. If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, we ask that you inform us by phone or email.
• Any and all changes after the entry of guests, such as the addition or departure of the responsible guest or dependents, must be informed to the owner of the Accommodation for knowledge and legal records.
• We do not serve meals or drinks.
• Whenever there is a change of guests, the apartment will be cleaned.
• If the guest stay´s longer than 7 days, the guest can request new bedding sets and towels that will be delivered after collecting the used ones.
• It´s not allowed to dry towels and/or clothes on top of the apartment furniture.
• Smoking is not allowed in the entire building of the accommodation.
• The presence of animals is not allowed in the entire building of the accommodation.
• We are not responsible for valuables left at random in the apartment.
• We ask that you turn off the lights, turn off appliances, turn off the taps and close the apartment door when you leave.
• We do not provide parking.
• According to Portuguese Law no. 9/2007 of the Portuguese Republic, it is prohibited to make “neighborhood noise” between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• It is expressly forbidden to leave the apartment for personal use by the guest (towels, glasses, cutlery, appliances, etc.).
• We request that any complaint or suggestion be forwarded to the person in charge of the Accommodation.

• Is required an identification card with photo (citizen card or passport) issued by the government.
• The accommodation requires a cash deposit of €50.00 for insurance against damage to the apartments. Upon check-out, the amount is refunded in the absence of damages.
• The minimum age for entry registration is 18 years old.

To the price shown is added a value of 25€ per night, in the following periods of the year:
